From Quinta S. João Batista, this wine is produced from the Fernão Pires, Chardonnay and Sauvignon-Blanc grape varieties. Colour, citrine, the wine has an abundant aroma of tropical fruits, pineapple and apricot. It has a very enveloping flavor in the mouth, very fresh and persistent.
*It accompanies spicy charcuterie, oven-roasted fish, stewed red meats and medium-structure cheeses.
Serve at a temperature of 8°C.
