Commemorative Edition 25 years is a blend of Touriga Franca (60%), Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) and Alicante Bouschet (20%) grapes, whose grapes were harvested in their perfect state of maturation and vinified with care and time in the cellar. This special edition is limited to 4,273 bottles.
It goes well with well-structured dishes from Mediterranean cuisine, such as game for fur or feathers, red meat with mild and aromatic seasonings.
*Serve at a temperature of 18°C.

CLASSIFICATION: DOC Red Wine REGION: Do Tejo VARIETIES: Touriga-Nacional (40%), Cabernet Sauvignon (30%), Syrah (30%). COLOR: Intense grenade. AROMA: The balanced presence of oak and fruit results in a deep and complex aroma, with balsamic and floral nuances. TASTE: Elegant in the mouth, with very fine tannins, it has a long and persistent finish. MATURATION: Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels. VINIFICATION: Total destemming, prolonged skin maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 28°C. ANALYTICAL PARAMETERS: Alcohol Content Volume (%vol): 14.5 Total Acidity (g/l): 5.2 pH: 3.69
