1. Hobby Scope
1. 1 The contest “Monólogos que salada da herada” is an action promoted by Enoport Produção de Bebidas, LDA through its brand Cabeça de Toiro and which aims to offer tickets for the theater play “Monólogos do Penis”, by the period from September 8, 2023 until the end of the play on stage, on June 30, 2024, unless there is an obstacle that does not allow persecution on these dates.
1.2 Every month, three double entries (two per participant) will be awarded to participants who meet the requirements described below in the next point, and who have more likes on their sentence. In the event of a tie, the choice will be made by the Enoportwines Marketing Department, focusing on the most creative phrase.
2. How the Competition works
2.1 The structure of the competition implies:
- follow the Cabedo de Toiro Facebook page;
- like the competition post on that social network (a new post every month);
- write a creative sentence that has the words indicated as mandatory to be included in the sentence (new words every month).
- The phrase that has the most likes up to the day and time indicated in the post will be chosen.
2.2 Once the conditions for participation in the contest referred to in 2.1 of this regulation have been met, 3 winners will be considered for each month, with the winner being able to choose, in that month, the room and session they want to attend, in the following month, according to ticket availability.
2.3 The winners of the participation will be contacted via message and announced in Cabeça de Toiro's Facebook stories.
2.4 The tickets assigned to the winners will be made available at the ticket office of the said show, in their name, and must be picked up one hour before the start of each show.
3. Participation Requirements
3.1 The competition is reserved for individuals of legal age (aged 18 or over), residing in Portugal.
3.2 Employees of Enoport and/or external entities involved in the creation of the project, or their direct family members, may not participate in the pastimes.

4. Prizes
4.1 Up to 6 tickets will be awarded per month.
4.2 The prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or replaced by another, of the same or different kind, including cash values.
4.3 Any costs incurred by the winners of the prize for its enjoyment are not refundable in any way and are solely and exclusively at the expense of the winner.

5. Selection of winners and award ceremony
5.1 The winner will be selected based on compliance with the participation requirements defined in point 3, above referred to in these regulations.
5.2 Enoport Produção de Bebidas reserves the right to invalidate:
a) Mention other brands or drinks;
b) Use logos or names of institutions, national or religious symbols or historical figures in a derogatory, defamatory or insulting manner;
c) Stimulate or call for violence, as well as any illegal or criminal activity;
d) Offend against the dignity of the human person;
e) Contain any discrimination based on race, language, territory of origin, religion, party affiliation, associations, club preference or others;
f) Use obscene language;
g) Encourage behavior that is harmful to the protection of the environment or encourages disruption of life in society;
h) Have as their object ideas of trade union, political or religious content;
i) Allude to the consumption of drugs, narcotics or alcoholic beverages by minors or encourage their consumption by any individual regardless of age;
j) Infringe any other rights of the Promoter or third parties, legally recognized, namely, copyright, trademarks or any other intellectual property rights, privacy and personal data, advertising or contractual rights regardless of their nature.
5.3 The fact that a participant is announced as a winner does not necessarily imply the attribution of a prize, given that participation, eligibility conditions and compliance with the rules of this Regulation must be verified before the announced winner can be effectively recognized as such and be the conditions for issuing and awarding the prize to the individual are met.
5.4 Only one prize will be awarded per participant, which in this case is a double ticket.
5.5 In the case of fraudulent participation, the promoter reserves the right to exclude the participant and cancel the award of the respective prize. Entries considered fraudulent will be communicated to the competent authorities and may be subject to legal action. The promoter reserves the right to adopt measures that are appropriate to avoid any conduct that Enoport suspects has as its purpose or effect any attempt to act fraudulently in relation to this promotion or non-compliance with its rules or property to the detriment of other participants, the first and immediate consequence of which will be the exclusion of the participant and the loss of any and all rights to the prize that he or she may have obtained.

6. Data protection
6.1 Enoport Produção de Bebidas, LDA (“Responsible for Processing”) undertakes to act in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation, namely Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27, 2016 (GDPR ), Law No. 58/2019, of August 8 (Personal Data Protection Law) and legislation relating to respect for private life and the protection of personal data in electronic communications.
6.2 This clause sets out our policies regarding the way in which we process your personal data within the scope of the “Monologues that leave the herd” competition and the information we collect.

6.3 Personal data means all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Within the scope of these challenges, the following data will be processed: full name, e-mail and telephone number of the selected participants.
6.4 The data collected will be stored on a secure server with limited access.
B. The use we make of your personal data
6.5 This data will only be used for the purposes of selection, contact, identity verification, awarding and delivery of the prize to the winners, as explained in these Regulations.
6.6 Regarding the conservation of data, in relation to the winning participants, and in order to guarantee the effective enjoyment of the prize awarded, the data will be kept until its delivery. With regard to the data of other participants, once the competition ends, they will be irreversibly anonymized or securely destroyed.
6.7 The Data Controller ensures human intervention throughout the mechanics of this competition, which was made clear to data subjects, applying the necessary measures to safeguard their rights and freedoms and legitimate interests.
C. Rights relating to personal data
6.8 The holders of personal data are informed that they have the right to request, from Enoport Produção de Bebidas LDA, when applicable, access to personal data concerning them, as well as their rectification, erasure, limitation of treatment and also the right to oppose the treatment, as well as the right to data portability, the right to rectify the consent at any time, without compromising the lawfulness of the treatment carried out on the basis of the previously given consent. control, or the right to take legal action against the supervisory authority or controller.

7.1 This pastime will be broadcast over the internet, with paid ads on Facebook, obliging the Cabeça de Toiro brand to comply with the provisions of article 11 of Decree-Law no. Law nº 275/98, of September 9th.
8. Force majeure and omissions
8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel these competitions at any time, in particular in the event of force majeure, without this implying any compensation to participants.
8.2 In the event of a situation not foreseen in these Regulations, the PROMOTER will fill the gap in accordance with the spirit underlying these Regulations, reserving the right to make any changes to the Competition and to extend or suspend it without any prior notice.
8.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any human or technical error that may occur during the competition process.

9. Acceptance of conditions
9.1 Participation in the challenges implies acceptance of the terms and conditions established in these Regulations.
9.2 All participants authorize, free of charge, the use of their image, contents, as well as all other elements used in their participation by Enoport Produção de Bebidas LDA., for editing and reproduction in any way, ceding any underlying rights to the brand , namely the right to image, copyright and related rights.
9.3 All participants declare that, in case their participation includes an image of other person(s), third party(ies) for the purposes of these Regulations, (i) they previously obtained the consent and all necessary authorizations from the person(s) captured for use in participating in this Competition and for its use by the Promoter, companies that are with them in reaction to the group, or by contracted third parties, namely the organizer, and (ii) the( s) third party(ies) whose image was captured and used for the purposes of participation are over 18 years old.
9.4 All participants declare that they are over 18 years old.
