In April, another member of the Cabeça de Toiro family, from the Terroir sub-range, was launched on the market. Cabeça de Toiro Fernão Pires Terroir is a wine with typical characteristics of this Tejo terroir and its queen variety, fernão pires. With an open citrus green color, it has an intense aroma of tropical fruits and notes of toast. Soft and fruity flavor with notes of wood, resulting from 4 months of aging in new French oak barrels, it is excellent to accompany fish dishes and toasted, typical cod dish of this region served on toasted bread drizzled with olive oil. 6,000 bottles were bottled.
