A special edition, thought and dedicated to red meat lovers. This wine, from the 2020 harvest, with Syrah and Alicante Bouschet varietal. As a quite peculiar profile, it is a wine with intense grenade color, presents an intense aroma of woods small fruits compote. Complex and full bodied in the mouth, the very ripe fruit is highlighted and integrated with the strong toast, resulting from the 9-month stage in new French oak barrels. This wine appears as the wine of election to accompany well-spiced or mature meat dishes.
