VARIETAL: Cabernet Sauvignon
COLOR: Deep and intense ruby.
AROMA: Complex, dominated by black fruit
such as plum and ripe blackcurrant with hints of
bell pepper.
TASTE: Dense tannins and high acidity, giving
the wine great longevity.
MATURATION: Aged for 9 months in French oak
barrels, which provided a refined structure and
additional smoothness.
WINEMAKING: Total stemming, fermentation
with 25% skin maceration, light pressing and
addition of press wine to the batch.
